Account & Registration

Click the Register button at the top of any page and fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a password. After submitting your details, you will receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify ownership. Once confirmed, your account is created. You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on jlj4. Age is verified during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to someone under 21 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance handled according to our Terms and Conditions. There are no exceptions to this policy.

You need a valid Philippine government-issued ID — accepted types include Passport, Driver's Licence, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, and PRC ID. You will also need to submit a selfie for face matching. Documents must be clear and fully readable. Most accounts are verified within a few hours; complex cases may take up to 24 hours. You will receive a notification once your account is fully verified.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms and Conditions and both may be suspended if detected. If you are having trouble accessing an existing account, contact [email protected] rather than creating a new one. The support team will help you recover access.

Alternatively, switch to OTP login and use your registered Philippine mobile number — a six-digit code will be sent to that number. Enter the code within five minutes to complete login. If you forget your password, use OTP login to get in and update your password from your account settings.
Deposits & Withdrawals

jlj4 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through local payment channels including Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on jlj4.

Most deposits via local e-wallets and online banking credit to your jlj4 account within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank and the time of day. If a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, keep your transaction reference number and contact [email protected] for assistance.

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred payment channel — withdrawals are processed back to the same local method you used to deposit. Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC complete) before requesting a withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment channel; most local withdrawals are completed within one business day. If a match is officially postponed or cancelled and not replayed within the period stated in our betting rules, your stake is returned to your account balance.
