jlj4 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jlj4 ("jlj4", "we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the jlj4 online gaming platform available at jlj4.vu.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the jlj4 platform — including Casino, Live Casino, Betting, and Bet sections — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on jlj4. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, device, or payment method, jlj4 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts pending review.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and may be asked for additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method. jlj4 may place withdrawal holds pending KYC completion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. jlj4 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on jlj4 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Available deposit channels include Philippine bank transfer, online banking portals, GCash, and Maya, subject to availability and current processing times displayed in the Deposit section.

• jlj4 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods for wagering purposes.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. jlj4 may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above internal review thresholds.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe specified in your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jlj4 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, wagering conditions, time limits, and applicable game sections. These details are displayed in full on the Promotions page before you opt in.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated per promotion.
• jlj4 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• Free bets and free spins, where offered, are subject to the terms specified in their respective promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

7 Game and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on jlj4 operate under the individual rules of each game type or sport. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering real money. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems.
• Live Casino outcomes are determined in real time by live dealers operating under standard card game and table game rules.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jlj4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where:

• A violation of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• Fraudulent activity, use of stolen payment methods, or money laundering is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same individual are detected.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct is directed at jlj4 staff or other players.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, jlj4 may withhold some or all of the remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no violations are found, any verified balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process after KYC confirmation.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

jlj4 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability and accurate information, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

• jlj4 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• jlj4 is not responsible for any loss of winnings due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jlj4's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.
